DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.

Once received, our team will review your photos alongside our internal quality-check images taken before shipment. Refunds or replacements will only be approved after verification confirms a manufacturing or fulfillment defect. If approved, we’ll guide you through the process of receiving a refund or replacement.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because each item is made-to-order, orders are sent into production shortly after purchase.
We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, including apartment/unit numbers and delivery instructions.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
