PROCESSING TIME

All of our products are made-to-order with care. Our standard processing time is 1–6 business days, which includes production, quality checks, and preparation for shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days with standard shipping, regardless of the destination country.

• Remote Areas: Shipments to remote locations may take up to 21 business days.

• Express Shipping: More details about express options are provided during checkout. If a delay occurs on our end regarding express shipping, store credits equal to the express shipping fee will be granted.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & KYC (ONLY FOR INDIA)

For orders shipping to India, please be aware of the following local regulations:

• KYC Requirements: You may be required by local authorities to submit KYC documentation to clear your package through customs.

• Customs Fees: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be applied by the Indian government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
